TBMM Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Kurtulmu\u015f'un konu\u015fmas\u0131ndan sat\u0131r ba\u015flar\u0131 \u015fu \u015fekilde:<\/p>\n

“De\u011ferli bir gelene\u011finde temsilcileri olarak hizmet veriyorsunuz. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131z\u0131n bereketli olmas\u0131n\u0131, i\u015flerinizin kolay olmas\u0131n\u0131 temenni ediyorum. Bu sivil toplum \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 bak\u0131m\u0131ndan da \u00f6zellikle \u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fczdeki d\u00f6nemde \u00e7ok daha dikkatli ve g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc bir \u015fekilde olmam\u0131z\u0131n da a\u00e7\u0131k oldu\u011fu a\u015fikard\u0131r.<\/p>\n

Bu anlamda yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n, organik \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 olmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fine dikkat etmemiz gerekti\u011fini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyorum. Sadece literat\u00fcrde yazan ya da sadece \u015fu alanda da \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma yap\u0131lsa iyi olur de\u011fil, halk\u0131n g\u00f6nl\u00fcne de\u011fen, toplumun bast\u0131\u011f\u0131 yere ayak basan, toplumla birlikte olan organik \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirmek durumunday\u0131z.<\/p>\n

E\u011fer \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar organik olarak yap\u0131l\u0131rsa bunlar\u0131n ne kadar de\u011ferli oldu\u011funu, b\u00fcy\u00fcklerimizin g\u00f6sterdi\u011fi vak\u0131f \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 bize \u00f6\u011fretiyor. Birinci mesele organik ve sahici olabilmektir. Sahici olan g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fcd\u00fcr.<\/p>\n

\u00d6n\u00fcm\u00fczdeki d\u00f6nemde T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin toplumsal dayan\u0131\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131n art\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131, g\u00fc\u00e7lendirilmesi, b\u00f6lgesinde y\u0131ld\u0131z bir \u015fekilde y\u00fckseli\u015fe ge\u00e7ti\u011fimiz bu d\u00f6nemin \u015fartlar\u0131na uygun bir \u015fekilde sivil toplum kurulu\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n da ayn\u0131 duyarl\u0131l\u0131k ve g\u00fc\u00e7le \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcrmesini dua ve temenni ediyorum.<\/p>\n

B\u00f6lgemizin ve d\u00fcnyan\u0131n ola\u011fan\u00fcst\u00fc \u015fartlar alt\u0131nda oldu\u011fu bir d\u00f6nemdeyiz. \u00d6zellikle son d\u00f6nemde ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z geli\u015fmeler, kural bazl\u0131 d\u00fcnya sisteminin yerle yeksan oldu\u011funu g\u00f6steriyor. G\u00fcc\u00fc elinde bulunduran\u0131n istedi\u011fi \u015fekilde d\u00fcnyay\u0131 dizayn etmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir d\u00f6neme giriyoruz. Devletlerin egemenli\u011fi meselesinin tamamen ortadan kalkt\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir kurals\u0131zl\u0131k d\u00f6nemine giriyoruz.”<\/p>\n
