Ke\u00e7i\u00f6ren Belediyesi ile Azerbaycan Cumhuriyeti Ankara B\u00fcy\u00fckel\u00e7ili\u011fi i\u015f birli\u011fiyle Kalaba Kent Meydan\u0131\u2019nda \u201cHocal\u0131 Soyk\u0131r\u0131m\u0131 \u015eehitlerini Anma T\u00f6reni\u201d d\u00fczenlendi.<\/p>\n

T\u00f6rende, Azerbaycan\u2019\u0131n Karaba\u011f b\u00f6lgesinde 26 \u015eubat 1992 tarihinde Ermeni kuvvetlerinin ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdi\u011fi sald\u0131r\u0131lar sonucunda i\u015fgal edilen Hocal\u0131 Kasabas\u0131\u2019nda katledilen \u015fehitler, dualarla an\u0131ld\u0131. Her iki \u00fclkenin \u015fehitleri i\u00e7in sayg\u0131 duru\u015funda bulunularak milli mar\u015flar okundu.<\/p>\n

Ke\u00e7i\u00f6ren Belediye Ba\u015fkan Yard\u0131mc\u0131s\u0131 Dr. Atila Zorlu, anma program\u0131nda yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 konu\u015fmada Hocal\u0131 Soyk\u0131r\u0131m\u0131\u2019n\u0131 bilmeyenlerin mutlaka okumas\u0131 gerekti\u011fini vurgulayarak \u015funlar\u0131 s\u00f6yledi:<\/p>\n

\u201c34 y\u0131l ge\u00e7mi\u015f \u00fczerinden\u2026 Zaman, tarih dedi\u011fimiz \u015fey tam olarak budur asl\u0131nda. \u0130nsan i\u00e7in haf\u0131za ne demekse, milletler i\u00e7in de tarihini bilmek o kadar \u00f6nemlidir. Haf\u0131zan\u0131z\u0131 kaybederseniz, e\u015finizi, dostunuzu, d\u00fc\u015fman\u0131n\u0131z\u0131, evinizin yolunu, do\u011fruyu ve yanl\u0131\u015f\u0131 ay\u0131rt edemezsiniz. \u0130\u015fte milletler de tarihlerini bilmezlerse, garip hayranl\u0131klar, \u015fa\u015fk\u0131nl\u0131klar i\u00e7inde olabilirler. Hocal\u0131 sadece bir katliam de\u011fil, ayn\u0131 zamanda bir soyk\u0131r\u0131md\u0131r. Her zaman inand\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z gibi, Azerbaycan ve T\u00fcrkiye, bir millet, iki devlet olarak kalbimizde. Her zaman var olsun Azerbaycan.\u201d<\/p>\n
