Art\u0131r\u0131lan 3.000.000.000 TL nominal de\u011ferli paylar\u0131n ihrac\u0131 izahnamede belirtilen ko\u015fullar \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde tamamlanarak \u015firketimizin yeni \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lm\u0131\u015f sermayesi 10.000.000.000 TL'ye y\u00fckselmi\u015f olup, esas s\u00f6zle\u015fmenin 'sermaye ve paylar' ba\u015fl\u0131kl\u0131 6. maddesinin tadil edilmesine ili\u015fkin olarak uygun g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f al\u0131nmas\u0131 amac\u0131yla bug\u00fcn Sermaye Piyasas\u0131 Kuruluna (SPK) ba\u015fvuru yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n
Uygun g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn al\u0131nmas\u0131ndan sonra 6. maddenin tadil edilmi\u015f \u015feklinin ticaret sicil m\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc nezdinde gerekli tescil ve ilan i\u015flemleri ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilecek, sermaye art\u0131r\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n tamamlanmas\u0131na ili\u015fkin \u00f6zel durum a\u00e7\u0131klamalar\u0131 dahil gerekli her t\u00fcrl\u00fc i\u015f ve i\u015flemin ilgili merciler nezdinde yerine getirilecektir.''
