Bakanl\u0131ktan yap\u0131lan a\u00e7\u0131klamaya g\u00f6re,\u00a0Aile ve Sosyal Hizmetler Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ile Cumhurba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 Savunma Sanayii Ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 (SSB) aras\u0131nda Yapay Zeka Destekli ve Ger\u00e7ek Zamanl\u0131 \u0130zleme, \u0130kaz ve G\u00fcvenlik Risklerinin Y\u00f6netimi (CANG\u00d6Z) Projesi \u0130\u015f Birli\u011fi Protokol\u00fc imzaland\u0131.<\/p>\n

SSB Nuri Demira\u011f Toplant\u0131 Salonu\u2019nda d\u00fczenlenen t\u00f6rende konu\u015fan Aile ve Sosyal Hizmetler Bakan\u0131 Mahinur \u00d6zdemir G\u00f6kta\u015f, sosyal hizmetlerde teknolojinin daha etkin kullan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 hedeflediklerini belirtti. G\u00f6kta\u015f, imzalanan protokol\u00fcn devlet korumas\u0131 alt\u0131ndaki bireylerin g\u00fcvenli\u011fini art\u0131rmaya ve kurumsal kapasiteyi g\u00fc\u00e7lendirmeye y\u00f6nelik stratejik bir ad\u0131m oldu\u011funu ifade etti.<\/p>\n

Proje kapsam\u0131nda, Savunma Sanayii Ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan geli\u015ftirilen yapay zeka destekli erken uyar\u0131 ve izleme sistemi Bakanl\u0131\u011fa ba\u011fl\u0131 hizmet birimlerinde devreye al\u0131nacak. Sistemin ilk a\u015famada 27 ilde kademeli olarak kurulaca\u011f\u0131 bildirildi.<\/p>\n

A\u00e7\u0131klamaya g\u00f6re sistem, g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fcleri anl\u0131k analiz ederek riskleri erken tespit edecek; \u015f\u00fcpheli hareketler, d\u00fc\u015fme ve bay\u0131lma gibi ola\u011fan d\u0131\u015f\u0131 durumlar ile yang\u0131n ve duman\u0131 alg\u0131layarak ilgili personeli uyaracak. \u0130zleme altyap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n merkezi bir yap\u0131ya kavu\u015fturulmas\u0131 ve denetim s\u00fcre\u00e7lerinin g\u00fc\u00e7lendirilmesi hedefleniyor.<\/p>\n

G\u00f6kta\u015f, projenin yerli ve milli imkanlarla geli\u015ftirildi\u011fini belirterek, yapay zeka altyap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin sosyo-k\u00fclt\u00fcrel yap\u0131s\u0131na uygun veri setleriyle e\u011fitilece\u011fini kaydetti. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fman\u0131n sosyal hizmetler alan\u0131nda g\u00fcvenlik standartlar\u0131n\u0131 y\u00fckseltmesinin yan\u0131 s\u0131ra, savunma sanayii ile sosyal hizmetler aras\u0131nda i\u015f birli\u011fini g\u00fc\u00e7lendirece\u011fi ifade edildi.<\/p>\n
