Koza Ltd&#039;nin tasfiye edilmesi amac\u0131yla \u0130ngiltere mahkemelerine sunulan tasfiye dilek\u00e7esine istinaden, \u00f6zet karar ba\u015fvurusunun sonu\u00e7lar\u0131na y\u00f6nelik duru\u015fma yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Duru\u015fman\u0131n ard\u0131ndan mahkemeden al\u0131nan m\u00fch\u00fcrl\u00fc h\u00fck\u00fcm uyar\u0131nca, ilk \u00f6zet karar ba\u015fvurusuna ili\u015fkin yarg\u0131lama giderleri kapsam\u0131nda, Ak\u0131n \u0130pek&#039;in \u015firketimize 2 Mart 2026 tarihine kadar 235.000 \u0130ngiliz Sterlini tutar\u0131nda \u00f6deme yapmas\u0131na karar verilmi\u015ftir. Koza Ltd, hen\u00fcz tasfiye edilmemi\u015f olup, Koza Ltd&#039;nin tasfiye edilmesi dilek\u00e7esine ili\u015fkin \u00f6zet karar i\u00e7in yeni bir ba\u015fvuru yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.
