Belediye, ta\u015f\u0131nmazlar\u0131n vak\u0131f yoluyla meydana gelmedi\u011fini, i\u015flemlerin hukuki dayana\u011f\u0131n\u0131n bulunmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ve \u0130zmir halk\u0131n\u0131n mal\u0131na el konulamayaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 savunuyor.<\/p>\n
Meslek Fabrikas\u0131\u2019n\u0131n 1926\u2019da Gazi Mustafa Kemal Atat\u00fcrk kararnamesiyle belediyeye ge\u00e7ti\u011fi, sosyal ve e\u011fitim alan\u0131nda \u0130zmir halk\u0131na hizmet verdi\u011fi ve gen\u00e7lerin istihdam\u0131n\u0131 destekledi\u011fi aktar\u0131ld\u0131. Egemenlik Evi ve gasilhane binas\u0131n\u0131n da y\u0131llard\u0131r belediye hizmetlerinde kullan\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 ifade edildi.<\/p>\n
A\u00e7\u0131klamada, belediyenin mahkemelerde davalar a\u00e7t\u0131\u011f\u0131, tapu iptal ve tescil talepleriyle m\u00fclkiyetin korunmas\u0131 i\u00e7in ihtiyati tedbirler al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131, s\u00fcre\u00e7lerin devam etti\u011fi ve Vak\u0131flar Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc\u2019n\u00fcn ta\u015f\u0131nmazlar\u0131 tahliye etme giri\u015fimlerinin hukuka ayk\u0131r\u0131 oldu\u011fu belirtildi. Belediye, yarg\u0131 s\u00fcrecinin sonu\u00e7lanmas\u0131n\u0131 beklemesi ve kamu hizmeti yap\u0131lan binalara m\u00fcdahale edilmemesi \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131s\u0131nda bulundu.<\/p>\n
