B\u00f6lgesel Muhtarlar \u00c7al\u0131\u015ftaylar\u0131 ve \u2018Hayalimizdeki Bursa\u2019y\u0131 Konu\u015fuyoruz\u2019 toplant\u0131lar\u0131yla 17 il\u00e7ede vatanda\u015flar\u0131n 2050 vizyonlu \u20181\/100.000\u2019lik \u00c7evre D\u00fczeni Plan\u0131\u2019na dair g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015flerini dinleyen Bursa B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesi, sekt\u00f6r temsilcileriyle bulu\u015fmaya devam ediyor. Farkl\u0131 sekt\u00f6rlerin g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f ve \u00f6nerilerinin do\u011frudan al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131 toplant\u0131lar\u0131n son konu\u011fu, in\u015faat ve gayrimenkul sekt\u00f6r\u00fc temsilcileri oldu.<\/p>\n
Bursa B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesi Ana Hizmet Binas\u0131\u2019ndaki toplant\u0131ya, Bursa B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediye Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Mustafa Bozbey\u2019in yan\u0131 s\u0131ra B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesi y\u00f6neticileri, \u00c7evre ve \u015eehircilik \u0130l M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc temsilcileri ve sekt\u00f6r payda\u015flar\u0131 kat\u0131ld\u0131. \u00c7evre D\u00fczeni Plan\u0131 Proje Y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcc\u00fc Koordinat\u00f6r\u00fc Prof. Dr. Fatih Terzi\u2019nin sunumu ile ba\u015flayan toplant\u0131da, Bursa\u2019n\u0131n kentsel yerle\u015fim yap\u0131s\u0131, mevcut yap\u0131 stoku, n\u00fcfusun yay\u0131l\u0131\u015f\u0131, altyap\u0131 ve mekansal organizasyonu de\u011ferlendirildi. Toplant\u0131da, kentsel dayan\u0131kl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n g\u00fc\u00e7lendirilmesi, sosyal donat\u0131 eri\u015fiminin iyile\u015ftirilmesi ve altyap\u0131 kapasitesinin dengeli da\u011f\u0131l\u0131m\u0131 konular\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fcld\u00fc.<\/p>\n
Ba\u015fkan Bozbey, \u00c7evre D\u00fczeni Plan\u0131\u2019n\u0131n olu\u015fum s\u00fcrecini toplumun t\u00fcm kesimleriyle s\u00fcrd\u00fcrd\u00fcklerini belirtti. Bursa\u2019y\u0131 tekrar ye\u015fil kimli\u011fine kavu\u015fturmay\u0131, daha diren\u00e7li ve daha ya\u015fanabilir hale getirmeyi ama\u00e7lad\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 vurgulayan Ba\u015fkan Bozbey, \u201cSekt\u00f6r bulu\u015fmalar\u0131yla \u00f6nerileri, ele\u015ftirileri dinleyerek ortak \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmler \u00fcretmeyi ama\u00e7l\u0131yoruz. Kentin anayasas\u0131 niteli\u011fini ta\u015f\u0131yacak olan \u00c7evre D\u00fczeni Plan\u0131\u2019na katk\u0131 sunulmas\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6nemsiyoruz. S\u00fcreci her y\u00f6n\u00fcyle de\u011ferlendirerek ortak noktada bir araya gelmeyi ama\u00e7l\u0131yoruz. Oda temsilcilerinden ve \u00fcniversite hocalar\u0131ndan olu\u015fan Dan\u0131\u015fma Kurulu, plan\u0131n s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilirli\u011fi i\u00e7in gerekli denetimleri yapacak. Plan\u0131n sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 ve s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir olmas\u0131 i\u00e7in \u00e7abal\u0131yoruz. Bursa\u2019da ya\u015fayan ve bu kentin havas\u0131n\u0131 soluyan herkesin plana sahip \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131 gerekiyor.”<\/p>\n
