Karayollar\u0131 Trafik Kanunu\u2019nun (KTK) ilgili maddeleri uyar\u0131nca, “herhangi bir zorunluluk olmaks\u0131z\u0131n, karayollar\u0131nda d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f kurallar\u0131 d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda bilerek ve isteyerek arac\u0131n el freninin \u00e7ekilmesi veya ba\u015fka y\u00f6ntemlerle arac\u0131n ani olarak y\u00f6n\u00fcn\u00fcn de\u011fi\u015ftirilmesi veya kendi etraf\u0131nda d\u00f6nd\u00fcr\u00fclmesi” fiilini i\u015fleyen s\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fclere yapt\u0131r\u0131mlar uyguland\u0131.<\/p>\n
