Y\u00f6netim kurulu toplant\u0131s\u0131nda, yat\u0131r\u0131mdan beklenen teknik ve operasyonel ilerlemenin sa\u011flanamamas\u0131 sebebiyle ortakl\u0131\u011f\u0131n devam\u0131n\u0131n \u015firketimiz menfaatlerine uygun olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 de\u011ferlendirildi\u011finden, usul\u00fcne uygun y\u00f6ntemler izlenmek suretiyle 7C Basalia Global ile kurulan ortakl\u0131\u011f\u0131n sona erdirilmesine y\u00f6nelik gereken s\u00fcrecin ba\u015flat\u0131lmas\u0131na karar verilmi\u015ftir.
