Ge\u00e7i\u015f s\u00fcrecini d\u00fczenleyen h\u00fck\u00fcmler uyar\u0131nca, KOOPB\u0130S\u2019e ili\u015fkin adli ve idari yapt\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131n 26 Nisan 2026 tarihinden sonra uygulanaca\u011f\u0131 bildirildi. Bu kapsamda, belirtilen tarihe kadar ortakl\u0131k kay\u0131tlar\u0131n\u0131 sisteme aktarmam\u0131\u015f olan kooperatif y\u00f6netim kurulu \u00fcyeleri hakk\u0131nda idari yapt\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131n g\u00fcndeme gelece\u011fi ifade edildi.<\/p>\n
Ayr\u0131ca 26 Nisan 2026 sonras\u0131nda kooperatiflerin genel kurul toplant\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131 yaln\u0131zca sisteme kay\u0131tl\u0131 ortaklarla ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirebilece\u011fi kaydedildi.<\/p>\n
19 \u015eubat 2026 itibar\u0131yla y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn yerine getirilmesi i\u00e7in \u00fc\u00e7 aydan az s\u00fcre kald\u0131\u011f\u0131 belirtilen a\u00e7\u0131klamada, kooperatiflerin mevcut ortaklar\u0131na ili\u015fkin kay\u0131tlar\u0131n\u0131 koopbis.ticaret.gov.tr adresi \u00fczerinden s\u00fcresi i\u00e7inde sisteme girmelerinin \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131d\u0131\u011f\u0131 vurguland\u0131.<\/p>\n
S\u00fcrecin Ticaret \u0130l M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fcklerince de hassasiyetle takip edilmesinin kooperatifler a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan faydal\u0131 olaca\u011f\u0131 bildirildi.<\/p>\n
