\u00c7in Ticaret Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan yap\u0131lan a\u00e7\u0131klamada, s\u00f6z konusu belgenin, Haziran 2022\u2019de ba\u015flat\u0131lan DT\u00d6 reform s\u00fcrecinden bu yana \u00c7in\u2019in reform konusundaki yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 kapsaml\u0131 bi\u00e7imde ortaya koyan ilk resmi belge oldu\u011fu belirtildi.<\/p>\n
A\u00e7\u0131klamada, \u00c7in\u2019in DT\u00d6 reformuna ili\u015fkin \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131y\u0131 ilk yapan \u00fclkelerden biri oldu\u011funa dikkat \u00e7ekilerek, 2018 y\u0131l\u0131nda \u201c\u00c7in\u2019in DT\u00d6 Reformuna \u0130li\u015fkin Tutum Belgesi\u201dnin, 2019 y\u0131l\u0131nda ise \u201c\u00c7in\u2019in DT\u00d6 Reformuna \u0130li\u015fkin \u00d6nerisi\u201dnin DT\u00d6\u2019ye sunuldu\u011fu hat\u0131rlat\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n
Mevcut \u00e7ok tarafl\u0131 ticaret sisteminin kar\u015f\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131ya oldu\u011fu ciddi zorluklar ve k\u00fcresel kalk\u0131nma ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131 do\u011frultusunda haz\u0131rlanan tutum belgesinin, \u00c7in\u2019in kendi taleplerinin ve di\u011fer \u00fcyelerin endi\u015felerinin dikkate al\u0131narak olu\u015fturuldu\u011fu ifade edildi.<\/p>\n
