T\u00fcrkiye aya\u011f\u0131nda KAZED ve Ege \u00dcniversitesi yer ald\u0131. Proje kapsam\u0131nda geli\u015ftirilen ve mutfak e\u011fitimine odaklanan \u201cMutfak Becerileri Mod\u00fcl\u00fc\u201dn\u00fcn, belediyenin Meslek Fabrikas\u0131 arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla kal\u0131c\u0131 bir yap\u0131ya d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fclmesi planlan\u0131yor.<\/p>\n
Konferansta konu\u015fan \u0130zmir B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediye Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Cemil Tugay, engelli bireyler i\u00e7in istihdam\u0131n en \u00f6nemli destek alanlar\u0131ndan biri oldu\u011funu belirtti. Tugay, belediye b\u00fcnyesinde hayata ge\u00e7irilen Destekli \u0130stihdam Ofisi\u2019nin yaln\u0131zca i\u015fe yerle\u015ftirme de\u011fil, i\u015fe yerle\u015ftirme sonras\u0131 s\u00fcrecin takibini de kapsayan bir model sundu\u011funu ifade etti. IDEA-VET projesinin bu yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131 g\u00fc\u00e7lendirdi\u011fini dile getirdi.<\/p>\n
Kapan\u0131\u015f etkinli\u011finde mutfak e\u011fitimlerini tamamlayan 10 gen\u00e7 sertifikalar\u0131n\u0131 ald\u0131. KAZED Ba\u015fkan\u0131 T\u00fclin Topuzo\u011flu, dernek olarak gen\u00e7lerin i\u015f hayat\u0131na kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131 i\u00e7in uzun s\u00fcredir \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 belirterek, Destekli \u0130stihdam Ofisi\u2019nin uygulad\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u015f analizi ve i\u015fyeri analizi y\u00f6ntemlerinin istihdama eri\u015fimi kolayla\u015ft\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yledi.<\/p>\n
IDEA-VET Proje Koordinat\u00f6r\u00fc Giuseppe Scarabello ise Erasmus+ taraf\u0131ndan fonlanan projenin, zihinsel engelli bireylerin mesleki e\u011fitim almas\u0131 ve i\u015f ya\u015fam\u0131na kat\u0131lmas\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan \u00f6nemli \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131lar \u00fcretti\u011fini kaydetti. Scarabello, projenin ayn\u0131 zamanda toplumsal fark\u0131ndal\u0131k olu\u015fturmay\u0131 hedefledi\u011fini ifade etti.<\/p>\n
