Kartal Belediyesi, il\u00e7e genelinde faaliyet g\u00f6steren f\u0131r\u0131nlar ile unlu mamul \u00fcretimi yapan i\u015fletmelere y\u00f6nelik kapsaml\u0131 bir denetim s\u00fcreci ba\u015flatt\u0131. Vatanda\u015flar\u0131n sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131, g\u00fcvenilir ve standartlara uygun \u00fcr\u00fcnlere ula\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flamak amac\u0131yla ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen uygulamalarda, hem \u00fcretim s\u00fcre\u00e7leri hem de sat\u0131\u015f ko\u015fullar\u0131 incelendi.<\/p>\n

Kartal Belediyesi b\u00fcnyesinde g\u00f6rev yapan Zab\u0131ta M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc ekipleri taraf\u0131ndan y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen denetimlerde; i\u015fletmelerin \u00fcretim alanlar\u0131, depolama ko\u015fullar\u0131 ve hijyen standartlar\u0131 detayl\u0131 \u015fekilde kontrol edildi.<\/p>\n

Ekipler ayr\u0131ca, \u00fcr\u00fcnlerin belirlenen gramajlara uygunlu\u011fu ile fiyat tarifelerinin mevzuata uygun olup olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 denetledi. \u0130\u015f yerlerine ait ruhsat belgeleri, vergi levhalar\u0131 ve \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan personelin sa\u011fl\u0131k raporlar\u0131 da incelemeye al\u0131narak, yasal y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcl\u00fcklerin yerine getirilip getirilmedi\u011fi de\u011ferlendirildi.<\/p>\n
