Program\u0131n e\u011fitim b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcnde, TMMOB G\u0131da M\u00fchendisleri Odas\u0131 \u0130zmir \u015eubesi\u2019nden G\u0131da M\u00fchendisi \u0130nci \u00d6zer, kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lara zeytinya\u011f\u0131n\u0131n kalite parametreleri, duyusal analiz y\u00f6ntemleri ve \u00fcretim s\u00fcre\u00e7leri hakk\u0131nda bilgi verdi.<\/p>\n
Etkinli\u011fe kat\u0131lan TEMA Vakf\u0131 \u0130zmir \u0130l Temsilcisi \u00d6zcan G\u00f6ko\u011flu da zeytinliklerin korunmas\u0131n\u0131n, tar\u0131msal \u00fcretimin s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilirli\u011fi a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan hayati \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131d\u0131\u011f\u0131na dikkat \u00e7ekti.<\/p>\n
Bornova Belediye Ba\u015fkan\u0131 \u00d6mer E\u015fki, \u201cZeytin ve zeytinya\u011f\u0131 bu topraklar\u0131n yaln\u0131zca ekonomik de\u011feri de\u011fil, ayn\u0131 zamanda k\u00fclt\u00fcrel haf\u0131zas\u0131d\u0131r. Bornova Belediyesi olarak tar\u0131m\u0131 destekleyen, \u00fcreticiyi koruyan ve \u00f6zellikle gen\u00e7lerimize sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 g\u0131day\u0131 tan\u0131tan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 \u00e7ok \u00f6nemsiyoruz.
