Ba\u015fvurular, ilgili kurumlarca mevzuat \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde de\u011ferlendirilir ve sonu\u00e7land\u0131r\u0131l\u0131r. 5690 say\u0131l\u0131 C\u0130MER Y\u00f6netmeli\u011fi uyar\u0131nca \u2018yaln\u0131zca tahmine veya zanna dayal\u0131 ifadeler i\u00e7eren ve ba\u015fvuru i\u00e7eri\u011finde herhangi bir somut bilgi ya da belge bulunmayanlar\u2019 ile \u2018ba\u015fvuru amac\u0131 ve konusu anla\u015f\u0131l\u0131r nitelikte olmayan\u2019 ba\u015fvurular ise i\u015fleme al\u0131nmamaktad\u0131r.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>A\u00e7\u0131klamada \u201cD\u00fcnyan\u0131n en b\u00fcy\u00fck kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131 demokrasi mekanizmalar\u0131ndan birisi olan C\u0130MER\u2019in i\u015flevsiz ya da bask\u0131 arac\u0131 gibi g\u00f6sterilmesi a\u00e7\u0131k bir manip\u00fclasyon amac\u0131 ta\u015f\u0131maktad\u0131r.
