Borsa \u0130stanbul\u2019da (BIST) i\u015flem g\u00f6ren \u015firketlerin y\u00f6netim kurullar\u0131ndaki toplumsal cinsiyet dengesini inceleyerek kurumsal y\u00f6netim anlam\u0131nda y\u0131ll\u0131k bazda de\u011ferlendirmede bulunan rapora g\u00f6re; 2025 y\u0131l\u0131nda BIST \u015firketlerinin Y\u00f6netim Kurullar\u0131nda yer alan kad\u0131nlar\u0131n oran\u0131n\u0131n y\u00fczde 18,7\u2019den y\u00fczde 19,4\u2019e y\u00fckselmesiyle d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck de olsa bir ilerleme kaydedildi.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/ekonomigundemi.com.tr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/0d43c0e2702e2ca6d17990d69a66cb19_1.jpg\" \/>\n<\/p>\n<p>177 \u015firket, tamam\u0131 erkeklerden olu\u015fan kurullar taraf\u0131ndan y\u00f6netiliyor<\/p>\n<p>Konferansta Sabanc\u0131 \u00dcniversitesi Kurumsal Y\u00f6netim Forumu Direkt\u00f6r\u00fc Ata Can Bertay taraf\u0131ndan sunumu yap\u0131lan T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de Y\u00f6netim Kurulunda Kad\u0131n Raporu\u2019nun 2025 verilerine g\u00f6re BIST \u015firketlerinin 394\u2019\u00fcnde y\u00f6netim kurullar\u0131ndaki kad\u0131n oran\u0131 %25 e\u015fi\u011finin alt\u0131nda. SPK\u2019n\u0131n \u00f6nerdi\u011fi minimum kad\u0131n \u00fcye oran\u0131 olan %25\u2019i yakalayan \u015firket say\u0131s\u0131 183\u2019ten 191\u2019 e y\u00fckselmi\u015f olsa da; bu say\u0131 t\u00fcm \u015firketlerin sadece %32,6\u2019s\u0131n\u0131 olu\u015fturdu. Rapor, t\u00fcm BIST \u015firketleri i\u00e7inde 177 \u015firketin, BIST-100 i\u00e7inde ise 31 \u015firketin h\u00e2l\u00e2 tamam\u0131 erkeklerden olu\u015fan kurullar taraf\u0131ndan y\u00f6netildi\u011fini g\u00f6sterdi. T\u00fcm BIST \u015firketleri i\u00e7erisinde \u201cY\u00f6netim Kurulu Ba\u015fkan\u0131\u201d kad\u0131n olan \u015firket say\u0131s\u0131 50\u2019den 57\u2019ye y\u00fckselirken, y\u00f6netim kurulunda yer alan kad\u0131n \u201cCEO\u201d say\u0131s\u0131 25\u2019ten 31\u2019e \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Raporda, kota uygulanmas\u0131 durumunda ihtiya\u00e7 duyulacak yeni kad\u0131n y\u00f6netim kurulu \u00fcyesi say\u0131s\u0131na ili\u015fkin bir projeksiyona da yer verilmektedir. Bu hesaplamaya g\u00f6re, BIST \u015firketlerinde en az 1 kad\u0131n YK \u00fcyesinin olmas\u0131 i\u00e7in 177 yeni kad\u0131n \u00fcyeye, %25 oran\u0131nda bir kota uygulanmas\u0131 durumunda ise 433 yeni kad\u0131n \u00fcyeye ihtiya\u00e7 bulunmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c\u0130lerleme s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 ve k\u0131r\u0131lgan\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Ata Can Bertay raporla ilgili de\u011ferlendirmesinde, \u201c2025\u2019te kad\u0131nlar\u0131n y\u00f6netim kurulu koltuk pay\u0131 %19,4 ile tarihsel olarak en y\u00fcksek seviyeye \u00e7\u0131ksa da ilerleme h\u00e2l\u00e2 s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 ve k\u0131r\u0131lgan. En b\u00fcy\u00fck \u015firketlerde (BIST-100) gerileme var ve tamamen erkeklerden olu\u015fan y\u00f6netim kurulu say\u0131s\u0131 31\u2019e y\u00fckseliyor. Kad\u0131nlar\u0131n ba\u015fkanl\u0131k oran\u0131n\u0131n %9,7\u2019de, CEO oran\u0131n\u0131n ise %5,3\u2019te kalmas\u0131, temsilin oldu\u011fu ama g\u00fc\u00e7 ve icra kat\u0131nda kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k bulamad\u0131\u011f\u0131 ger\u00e7e\u011fini ortaya koyuyor. Hedefi \u2018sembolik\u2019 temsil de\u011fil, kritik k\u00fctle yani en az %30 \u00fczerinden karar kalitesini g\u00fc\u00e7lendiren, aday havuzunu geni\u015fleten ve atama-aday g\u00f6sterme s\u00fcre\u00e7lerini \u015feffafla\u015ft\u0131ran bir d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm olarak koymal\u0131y\u0131z.
