M\u00fccbir sebepten dolay\u0131 ertelenen SGK primlerinden dolay\u0131 bor\u00e7lar birikti. En k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck esnaf\u0131n 500-600 bin TL borcu var. Faaliyete ba\u015flayamayan i\u015fyerlerinin KOSGEB \u00f6demeleri geldi \u00e7att\u0131\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p>Esnaf\u0131n yap\u0131land\u0131rma taleplerinde kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 engellere dikkat \u00e7eken Ergin, &#8220;Vatanda\u015f \u00f6demeleri nas\u0131l yapaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 kara kara d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyor. Esnafa gelin yap\u0131land\u0131rma yap\u0131n deniyor, esnaf yap\u0131land\u0131rmaya gitti\u011fi zaman teminat isteniyor. Esnaf\u0131n ceketinden ba\u015fka verecek bir \u015feyi kalmad\u0131. \u0130\u015fletme sahipleri, Esnaf Sanatkarlar Kooperatifi&#039;nden kredi istiyor, teminat olarak tapu ve 2 kefil isteniyor. Her yer y\u0131k\u0131lm\u0131\u015f, esnaf neyin tapusunu g\u00f6sterecek?\u201d diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<p>Ergin, kal\u0131c\u0131 \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmler \u00fcretilmeden \u00f6deme istenmesinin adil olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirterek \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm \u00f6nerisini \u015fu \u015fekilde dile getirdi:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHen\u00fcz kal\u0131c\u0131 i\u015fyerleri yap\u0131l\u0131p esnafa teslim edilmemi\u015fken M\u00fccbir Sebebin kald\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 yanl\u0131\u015f olmu\u015ftur. Bu nedenle &#039;M\u00fccbir Sebep&#039;in en az \u00fc\u00e7 y\u0131l daha devam etmesi hayati \u00f6nemde bir konudur.
