Devre konu varl\u0131klar sadece i\u00e7 pazar\u0131 kapsamakta olup, devir i\u015flemi i\u00e7in izin al\u0131nmak \u00fczere bug\u00fcn itibariyle Rekabet Kurumuna ba\u015fvurulmu\u015ftur. Rekabet Kurumu onay\u0131n\u0131 m\u00fcteakip, onay verilen ay\u0131n son i\u015f g\u00fcn\u00fcnde KDV hari\u00e7 olmak \u00fczere toplam 3.000.000 avro ve 200.000.000 TL tutar\u0131nda devir bedeli sat\u0131c\u0131ya \u00f6denecektir. Her bir \u00fcr\u00fcn ruhsat\u0131n\u0131n devri ise gerekli di\u011fer resmi makam onaylar\u0131 al\u0131narak tamamlanabilecektir. Ayr\u0131ca 2029 y\u0131l\u0131 ba\u015f\u0131na kadar gerekli teknoloji transferi ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilerek, devir al\u0131nan \u00fcr\u00fcn ruhsatlar\u0131ndan tablet ve kaps\u00fcl formlar\u0131n\u0131n Gensenta taraf\u0131ndan \u00fcretilmesi planlanmaktad\u0131r.''
