Ziyaret kapsam\u0131nda afetlere haz\u0131rl\u0131k, g\u00f6n\u00fcll\u00fcl\u00fck yap\u0131lanmalar\u0131 ve kurumlar aras\u0131 i\u015f birli\u011fi konular\u0131 ele al\u0131nd\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Toplant\u0131n\u0131n ard\u0131ndan a\u00e7\u0131klama yapan Y\u00fcntem, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin deprem, sel, heyelan, orman yang\u0131nlar\u0131 ve iklim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fine ba\u011fl\u0131 afet riskleriyle kar\u015f\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131ya oldu\u011funu belirtti. Afetlere kar\u015f\u0131 haz\u0131rl\u0131\u011f\u0131n ertelenemez bir sorumluluk oldu\u011funu ifade eden Y\u00fcntem, \u201cAfetlere kar\u015f\u0131 haz\u0131rl\u0131k bir tercih de\u011fil, zorunluluktur\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p>Toplant\u0131da Marmara B\u00f6lgesi\u2019nin deprem riski ile Karadeniz B\u00f6lgesi\u2019nde ya\u015fanan sel ve heyelan tehdidi de\u011ferlendirildi. Afet y\u00f6netiminde \u00f6nleyici yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131n \u00f6nemine vurgu yapan Y\u00fcntem, afet sonras\u0131 m\u00fcdahalenin tek ba\u015f\u0131na yeterli olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 kaydetti.<\/p>\n<p>G\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmede mahalle bazl\u0131 g\u00f6n\u00fcll\u00fc ekiplerin olu\u015fturulmas\u0131, ilk yard\u0131m ve arama-kurtarma e\u011fitimlerinin yayg\u0131nla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131, acil durum ileti\u015fim a\u011flar\u0131n\u0131n kurulmas\u0131 ve dezavantajl\u0131 gruplara y\u00f6nelik \u00f6zel eylem planlar\u0131n\u0131n haz\u0131rlanmas\u0131 gibi ba\u015fl\u0131klar g\u00fcndeme geldi.<\/p>\n<p>Y\u00fcntem, g\u00f6n\u00fcll\u00fcl\u00fck faaliyetlerinin sistemli ve s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir bir yap\u0131ya kavu\u015fturulmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fini belirterek, e\u011fitimli ve koordineli ekiplerin afet an\u0131nda hayati rol \u00fcstlendi\u011fini ifade etti.<\/p>\n<p>Ziyarette K\u00fclt\u00fcr Sanat Derne\u011fi Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Filiz Ayd\u0131n Y\u0131ld\u0131r\u0131m ile y\u00f6netim kurulu \u00fcyeleri de yer ald\u0131.
