Yo\u011fun ya\u011f\u0131\u015flar nedeniyle ma\u011fdur olan vatanda\u015flar i\u00e7in Afet Yard\u0131m Komisyonu kurulmas\u0131na karar verilirken, kamuoyunda \u201cBasmane \u00c7ukuru\u201d olarak bilinen alandaki yap\u0131 y\u00fcksekli\u011fi 84 metreyle s\u0131n\u0131rland\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n
\u0130zmir B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediye Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Dr. Cemil Tugay ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131nda ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen toplant\u0131da, kentte ya\u015fanan sel felaketi sonras\u0131 vatanda\u015flar\u0131n ev, i\u015f yeri, arazi, ah\u0131r, zeytinlik, bah\u00e7e ve benzeri ta\u015f\u0131nmazlar\u0131 ile ta\u015f\u0131n\u0131r mallar\u0131nda meydana gelen zararlar g\u00fcndeme al\u0131nd\u0131. Bu kapsamda Afet Yard\u0131m Komisyonu kurulmas\u0131na ili\u015fkin \u00f6nerge do\u011frudan oylanarak oy birli\u011fiyle kabul edildi.<\/p>\n
Al\u0131nan karar do\u011frultusunda, selden etkilenen vatanda\u015flara gerekli deste\u011fin sa\u011flanmas\u0131 amac\u0131yla bir komisyon olu\u015fturulacak. Ba\u015fkan Cemil Tugay\u2019\u0131n ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 y\u00fcr\u00fctece\u011fi komisyon; maddi, ayni, lojistik ve be\u015fer\u00ee yard\u0131mlar\u0131n sa\u011flanmas\u0131 konusunda tam yetkili olacak. Komisyonun g\u00f6rev s\u00fcresi, 29 Ocak itibar\u0131yla ba\u015flayan ve 2026 y\u0131l\u0131 boyunca meydana gelebilecek do\u011fal afetleri kapsayacak \u015fekilde belirlenecek.<\/p>\n
Toplant\u0131da ayr\u0131ca kamuoyunda \u201cBasmane \u00c7ukuru\u201d olarak bilinen 1039 ada 8 parsele ili\u015fkin 1\/1000 \u00f6l\u00e7ekli Uygulama \u0130mar Plan\u0131 De\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi ve Plan Notu De\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi maddesi de g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fcld\u00fc. Oy birli\u011fiyle kabul edilen d\u00fczenleme ile daha \u00f6nce \u201cserbest\u201d olan yap\u0131 y\u00fcksekli\u011fi 84 metre ile s\u0131n\u0131rland\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n
