Diyarbak\u0131r\u2019da kad\u0131nlar\u0131n ekonomik \u00fcretim s\u00fcre\u00e7lerine kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 art\u0131rmak amac\u0131yla Mand\u0131ra Tesisi Kurulum Projesi ba\u015flat\u0131ld\u0131. G\u00fcneydo\u011fu Anadolu B\u00f6lgesi Belediyeler Birli\u011fi (GABB) E\u015f Ba\u015fkanlar\u0131, Diyarbak\u0131r B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesi, Kulp, Silvan, Hani, Dicle ve E\u011fil il\u00e7e belediye ba\u015fkanlar\u0131 ile Diyarbak\u0131r Ticaret ve Sanayi Odas\u0131 (DTSO) yetkililerinin kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131yla protokol imzaland\u0131.<\/p>\n
Protokol kapsam\u0131nda, \u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fczdeki \u00fc\u00e7 y\u0131l i\u00e7inde k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fckba\u015f hayvanc\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n yo\u011fun oldu\u011fu k\u0131rsal il\u00e7elerde kad\u0131nlar\u0131n \u00f6nc\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde mand\u0131ra tesisleri kurulacak. Kad\u0131nlar, evlerinde ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdikleri peynir \u00fcretimini belirlenen standartlar \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde mand\u0131ralarda s\u00fcrd\u00fcrecek ve \u00fcr\u00fcnler yerel pazarlarda sat\u0131\u015fa sunulacak.<\/p>\n
DTSO, saha \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131yla \u00fcretim kapasitesini ve geleneksel y\u00f6ntemlerin korundu\u011fu alanlar\u0131 belirleyecek. \u0130l\u00e7e belediyeleri uygun yap\u0131lar\u0131 tahsis edecek, B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesi mand\u0131ralar\u0131n projelendirilmesi ve s\u00fctlerin ta\u015f\u0131nmas\u0131 i\u00e7in so\u011fuk zincir ara\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flayacak. Mand\u0131ralarda kullan\u0131lacak makine ve ekipmanlar il\u00e7e belediyeleri taraf\u0131ndan temin edilecek.<\/p>\n
Proje, kad\u0131nlar\u0131n \u00fcretim s\u00fcre\u00e7lerinde e\u015fit s\u00f6z ve karar hakk\u0131na sahip olmalar\u0131n\u0131 ve kooperatifler arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla ortak \u00fcretim yapmalar\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flayarak, k\u0131rsal \u00fcretimin s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilirli\u011fini ve yerel \u00fcretimin ulusal pazarlara ta\u015f\u0131nmas\u0131n\u0131 ama\u00e7l\u0131yor.<\/p>\n
