Bir belediye ba\u015fkan\u0131n\u0131n \u015fehrin vizyonuna katabilece\u011fi en estetik de\u011ferlerden birini bug\u00fcn burada g\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz. Kayb\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n \u00fczerinden bir y\u0131l ge\u00e7ti. Onun bu vizyonu olmasayd\u0131 p\u0131r\u0131l p\u0131r\u0131l gen\u00e7lerimizden olu\u015fan bu orkestra bug\u00fcn burada olamazd\u0131. Ferdi Ba\u015fkan\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n bir vasiyeti de bu \u015fehre bin ki\u015filik dev bir k\u00fclt\u00fcr merkezi kazand\u0131rmakt\u0131. Yakla\u015f\u0131k bir bu\u00e7uk ay \u00f6nce temellerini att\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z bu orkestra, bizlere rahmetli Ferdi Ba\u015fkan\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n bir miras\u0131d\u0131r.
