Yap\u0131lan denetimler kapsam\u0131nda; 6502 say\u0131l\u0131 T\u00fcketicinin Korunmas\u0131 Hakk\u0131nda Kanun ile Fiyat Etiketi Y\u00f6netmeli\u011fi h\u00fck\u00fcmleri do\u011frultusunda, i\u015fletmelerin tarife ve fiyat listeleri ile adisyon ve fi\u015fleri kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131. Kontroller sonucunda, fiyat listesinde yer almayan herhangi bir ilave \u00fccret uygulamas\u0131na rastlan\u0131lmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 bildirildi.<\/p>\n

Ayr\u0131ca zab\u0131ta ekipleri taraf\u0131ndan ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen denetimlerin sonu\u00e7lar\u0131yla ilgili olarak Ticaret \u0130l M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc\u2019n\u00fcn bilgilendirilece\u011fi ifade edildi.<\/p>\n

Yalova Belediyesi Zab\u0131ta M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc\u2019nden yap\u0131lan a\u00e7\u0131klamada \u201cVatanda\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n ma\u011fduriyet ya\u015famamas\u0131 ad\u0131na, lokanta ve restoranlarda tarife d\u0131\u015f\u0131 \u00fccret uygulamalar\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131 denetimlerimizi s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fcyoruz. Kuver ve servis \u00fccreti ad\u0131 alt\u0131nda ilave bedel talep edilmesine mevzuat izin vermemektedir.
