Ko\u00e7 Holding A.\u015e taraf\u0131ndan s\u00f6z konusu sermaye art\u0131r\u0131m\u0131na, RMK Marine sermayesinde sahip oldu\u011fumuz paylara tekab\u00fcl eden r\u00fc\u00e7han haklar\u0131n\u0131n yan\u0131 s\u0131ra, di\u011fer pay sahipleri taraf\u0131ndan kullan\u0131lmayan r\u00fc\u00e7han haklar\u0131n\u0131n da kullan\u0131lmas\u0131 suretiyle toplam 2.500.000.000 TL ile i\u015ftirak edilmesine karar verilmi\u015f olup, tutar\u0131n tamam\u0131 nakden \u00f6denmi\u015ftir.
