S\u00fcrecin tamamlanmas\u0131n\u0131n ard\u0131ndan Belediye Ba\u015fkan\u0131 \u00d6zkan Yal\u0131m, hak sahipleriyle Karaa\u011fa\u00e7 D\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn Salonu ve Atat\u00fcrk K\u00fclt\u00fcr Merkezi\u2019nde yap\u0131lan toplant\u0131larda bir araya geldi. Toplant\u0131larda Ba\u015fkan Yal\u0131m\u2019a Belediye Ba\u015fkan Yard\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131 ve Belediye \u0130mar Komisyonu \u00fcyeleri de e\u015flik etti.<\/p>\n

B\u00f6lgede yeni ya\u015fam alanlar\u0131 kurulabilece\u011finden bahseden Ba\u015fkan Yal\u0131m \u201c20 y\u0131ld\u0131r \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fclemeyen imar sorununu uzun u\u011fra\u015flar sonucu \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcme kavu\u015fturduk. Bin 200 ki\u015fi direkt olarak etkileniyor, 500 parselden fazla bir alandan bahsediliyor. Hak sahipleri kendi yerlerine bu imar sorunundan dolay\u0131 ne bir \u00e7ivi \u00e7akabiliyordu ne de bir bina in\u015fa edebiliyordu. Bundan b\u00f6yle hak sahipleri istedikleri gibi arsalar\u0131n\u0131 kullanabilecek ve ister kendileri yap\u0131 yapabilecek isterlerse m\u00fcteahhit ile anla\u015f\u0131p bina yapt\u0131rabilecek\u201d\u00a0 ifadelerini kulland\u0131.<\/p>\n

\u00d6te yandan Ba\u015fkan Yal\u0131m toplant\u0131da kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lara \u201cSu sorununu da \u00e7\u00f6zd\u00fck, bundan b\u00f6yle su kesintisi olmayacak. 103 i\u00e7me suyu kuyusuna ula\u015ft\u0131k, bunlar da art\u0131k gelecekte olu\u015fabilecek kurakl\u0131kta sigortam\u0131z olacak\u201d diyerek bir haber daha verdi.<\/p>\n
