Sosyal konut projesi kapsam\u0131nda D\u00fczce\u2019de in\u015fa edilecek 2 bin 470 konutun hak sahipleri kura ile belirlendi.<\/p>\n

T\u00f6rende konu\u015fan D\u00fczce Belediye Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Dr. Faruk \u00d6zl\u00fc, \u00c7evre, \u015eehircilik ve \u0130klim De\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi Bakan Yard\u0131mc\u0131s\u0131 Hasan Suver\u2019den konutlar\u0131n bir y\u0131l i\u00e7inde tamamlanmas\u0131n\u0131 ve K\u00fclt\u00fcr Mahallesi ile \u015eerefiye Mahallesi\u2019ndeki kentsel d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm projelerinin h\u0131zland\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 talep etti.<\/p>\n

\u00c7evre, \u015eehircilik ve \u0130klim De\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi Bakan Yard\u0131mc\u0131s\u0131 Hasan Suver, konu\u015fmas\u0131nda T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin deprem ger\u00e7e\u011fine dikkat \u00e7ekerek, 2000 y\u0131l\u0131 \u00f6ncesi yap\u0131 stokunun b\u00fcy\u00fck b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fcn depreme dayan\u0131ks\u0131z oldu\u011funu vurgulad\u0131. \u00dclkede d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fmesi gereken yakla\u015f\u0131k 6,5 milyon bina bulundu\u011funu belirten Suver, kentsel d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131n bakanl\u0131k, belediyeler ve vatanda\u015flar i\u015f birli\u011fiyle y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc ifade etti.<\/p>\n

D\u00fczce Belediye Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Faruk \u00d6zl\u00fc, konu\u015fmas\u0131nda D\u00fczce\u2019nin deprem tecr\u00fcbesi olan bir \u015fehir oldu\u011funu hat\u0131rlatarak, 1999 depreminden gerekli derslerin \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yledi. Kentteki konut stokunun y\u00fczde 75-80\u2019inin yeni oldu\u011funu belirten \u00d6zl\u00fc, kalan eski yap\u0131lar\u0131n da kentsel d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm projeleriyle yenilenece\u011fini ifade etti.<\/p>\n

Ba\u015fkan \u00d6zl\u00fc ayr\u0131ca Bakanl\u0131ktan iki \u00f6nemli talepte bulunarak, konutlar\u0131n bir y\u0131l i\u00e7inde tamamlanmas\u0131n\u0131 ve K\u00fclt\u00fcr Mahallesi ile \u015eerefiye Mahallesi\u2019ndeki kentsel d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm projelerinin h\u0131zland\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 istedi.<\/p>\n

Konu\u015fmalar\u0131n akabinde kura \u00e7ekimi yap\u0131larak, D\u00fczce Merkez\u2019de bin 300, Ak\u00e7akoca\u2019da 250, Cumayeri\u2019nde 200, G\u00fcm\u00fc\u015fova\u2019da 200, \u00c7ilimli\u2019de 180, Kayna\u015fl\u0131\u2019da 150, G\u00f6lyaka\u2019da 100 ve Y\u0131\u011f\u0131lca\u2019da 90 konutun hak sahibi belirlendi.<\/p>\n
