Kamuyu Ayd\u0131nlatma Platformuna (KAP) yap\u0131lan a\u00e7\u0131klamada, \u015funlar kaydedildi:<\/p>\n

“V.U.K. h\u00fck\u00fcmlerine g\u00f6re d\u00fczenlenmi\u015f yasal kay\u0131tlar\u0131m\u0131zda 164 milyon 519 bin 348,02 TL net d\u00f6nem kar\u0131 olu\u015fmu\u015ftur. Bununla birlikte TMS\/TFRS esaslar\u0131na g\u00f6re ilan edilen finansal tablolarda enflasyon muhasebesi uygulamas\u0131 sonucu olu\u015fan 497 milyon 123 bin 145 TL d\u00f6nem zarar\u0131 nedeniyle 2025 y\u0131l\u0131 hesap d\u00f6nemine ili\u015fkin kar pay\u0131 da\u011f\u0131t\u0131lmamas\u0131na, V.U.K. kar\u0131n\u0131n \u015firket b\u00fcnyesinde tutulmas\u0131na, genel kanuni yedek ak\u00e7elerin ayr\u0131lmas\u0131ndan sonra kalan tutar\u0131n ola\u011fan\u00fcst\u00fc yedeklere aktar\u0131lmas\u0131na SPK uygulamalar\u0131 gere\u011fi kar pay\u0131 da\u011f\u0131t\u0131lmayaca\u011f\u0131 hususunun genel kurulun onay\u0131na sunulmas\u0131na karar verilmi\u015ftir.”<\/p>\n
