Proje, iklim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011finin ya\u015fl\u0131lar \u00fczerindeki etkilerini azaltmay\u0131 ve Kepez\u2019in kentsel dayan\u0131kl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 art\u0131rmay\u0131 hedefliyor. Protokol i\u015flemleri i\u00e7in Ba\u015fkan Kocag\u00f6z\u2019e yetki verildi.<\/p>\n
2026 b\u00fct\u00e7esinde belirlenen harita, plan ve altyap\u0131 \u00fccretleri g\u00fcncellendi. Harita ve altyap\u0131 \u00fccreti 5 bin \u00a0TL\u2019den 2 bin \u00a0TL\u2019ye, parsel metrekare ba\u015f\u0131na bin TL olan \u00fccret ise 750 TL\u2019ye indirildi.<\/p>\n
\u015eubat meclisinde, merhum Cumhuriyet Halk Partisi (CHP) 4. Genel Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Deniz Baykal\u2019\u0131n isminin Kepez\u2019de bir bulvar, spor tesisi veya k\u00fclt\u00fcr merkezine verilmesi oy birli\u011fiyle kabul edildi.<\/p>\n
