Asl\u0131nda Avrupa \u015eampiyonas\u0131 da bu manada \u00e7ok iyi bir ba\u015flang\u0131\u00e7 oldu. \u015eu anda \u015fehrimizde bisiklet kullan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n art\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131, Avrupa Bisiklet Ba\u015fkenti ruhuna uygun olarak \u00e7e\u015fitli etkinliklerin yap\u0131lmas\u0131yla ilgili \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcyoruz.
