Sar\u0131bal, s\u00f6z konusu yasa ile k\u00f6ylerin t\u00fczel ki\u015filiklerinin kald\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131, k\u00f6yl\u00fcn\u00fcn ortak kullan\u0131m\u0131ndaki mera, tarla ve ta\u015f\u0131nmazlar\u0131n belediyelere devredildi\u011fini belirtti. Kanun teklifine g\u00f6re, 5216 Say\u0131l\u0131 B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesi Kanunu kapsam\u0131nda \u201ck\u0131rsal mahalle\u201d olarak tan\u0131mlanan yerle\u015fimlerin yeniden k\u00f6y stat\u00fcs\u00fcne ge\u00e7irilmesi ve k\u00f6y t\u00fczel ki\u015fili\u011fi kald\u0131r\u0131l\u0131rken devredilen mal varl\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131n k\u00f6ylere iade edilmesi ama\u00e7lan\u0131yor.<\/p>\n

Sar\u0131bal, Bursa\u2019n\u0131n Karacabey il\u00e7esine ba\u011fl\u0131 H\u00fcrriyet K\u00f6y\u00fc\u2019n\u00fc \u00f6rnek g\u00f6stererek, benzer uygulamalar\u0131n T\u00fcrkiye genelinde \u00e7ok say\u0131da k\u00f6yde ya\u015fand\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 kaydetti.<\/p>\n
