Daha \u00f6nce yap\u0131lan denetimlerde eksiklik tespit edilen i\u015fletmelere verilen s\u00fcrenin ard\u0131ndan yap\u0131lan kontrollerde; peynir, cac\u0131k, \u00e7\u00f6kelek, bal gibi \u00fcr\u00fcnlerin son kullanma tarihleri, saklama ko\u015fullar\u0131, tat ve koku \u00f6zellikleri incelendi. Ayr\u0131ca sat\u0131\u015f alanlar\u0131n\u0131n hijyen durumu, kullan\u0131lan ekipmanlar ve so\u011fuk zincir \u015fartlar\u0131 kontrol edildi.<\/p>\n

Denetimlerde mevzuata ayk\u0131r\u0131 durumlar\u0131n devam etti\u011fi i\u015fletmelere uyar\u0131lar yap\u0131ld\u0131. Kurallara uygun faaliyet g\u00f6steren esnafa ise te\u015fekk\u00fcr edildi.
