Ordu Kadastro M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnce y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen 2\/B \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 kapsam\u0131nda, Ordu il genelinde 17 il\u00e7eye ba\u011fl\u0131 92 mahallede 2\/B kadastro ihalesi yap\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n

Ordu Kadastro M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc Muhammet Akyaz\u0131, Tapu ve Kadastro Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc taraf\u0131ndan Ordu ili genelinde iki ayr\u0131 ihale kapsam\u0131nda 6. grup ve 7. grup 2\/B kadastro \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131n y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc bildirdi. Akyaz\u0131, 7. grup 2\/B kullan\u0131m kadastro \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131n 30 Ocak 2026 tarihi itibar\u0131yla tamamland\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131, bu kapsamda 7 il\u00e7e ve 36 birimde toplam 1.834,24 hektarl\u0131k alanda 15 bin 145 parsel \u00fcretildi\u011fini ve kullan\u0131c\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n belirlendi\u011fini ifade etti.<\/p>\n

6. grup 2\/B kullan\u0131m kadastro \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131n ise 6 \u015eubat 2026 tarihinde ilana al\u0131narak tamamlanaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirten Akyaz\u0131, bu kapsamda 11 il\u00e7e ve 56 birimde 1.516,90 hektarl\u0131k alanda 12.605 parsel \u00fcretildi\u011fini ve kullan\u0131c\u0131 tespitlerinin yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 kaydetti. Ayr\u0131ca m\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fck imk\u00e2nlar\u0131yla 8 birimde 468 parselde kullan\u0131c\u0131 tespitlerinin ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirildi\u011fini aktard\u0131.<\/p>\n

Akyaz\u0131, 17 il\u00e7e genelinde toplam 100 mahallede 28 bin 218 parselin tapu m\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fcklerine devir ve teslim i\u015flemlerine ba\u015fland\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131, kullan\u0131c\u0131 listelerinin 6292 say\u0131l\u0131 Kanun kapsam\u0131nda sat\u0131\u015fa haz\u0131rlanmas\u0131 amac\u0131yla Milli Emlak M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcne teslim edildi\u011fini belirtti.<\/p>\n

2\/B kullan\u0131m kadastrosu yap\u0131lan mahallelerin; Fatsa, Aybast\u0131, \u00c7ama\u015f, \u00c7atalp\u0131nar, Kabata\u015f, Korgan, Kumru, \u00dcnye, Akku\u015f, \u00c7ayba\u015f\u0131, \u0130kizce, Alt\u0131nordu, G\u00fclyal\u0131, Kabad\u00fcz, Ulubey, G\u00fcrgentepe ve G\u00f6lk\u00f6y il\u00e7elerinde yer ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 bildirildi.<\/p>\n
