Anla\u015fma uyar\u0131nca, birinci 6 ay i\u00e7in, saat \u00fccreti 140 TL&#039;nin alt\u0131nda olan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n saat \u00fccretlerine, saat \u00fccreti 140 TL&#039;yi ge\u00e7meyecek \u015fekilde 10 TL iyile\u015ftirme yap\u0131lacak, ard\u0131ndan y\u00fczde 20 oran\u0131nda nispi zam ve sonras\u0131nda 17,61 TL\/saat maktu zam uygulanacakt\u0131r. \u0130kinci 6 ay i\u00e7in 1 Mart 2026 tarihinden itibaren ge\u00e7erli olmak \u00fczere y\u00fczde 13 oran\u0131nda zam yap\u0131lacak. (01.09.2025 \u2013 28.02.2026 tarihleri aras\u0131ndaki T\u00dcFE oran\u0131n\u0131n y\u00fczde 13&#039;\u00fcn \u00fczerinde ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmesi halinde, a\u015fan k\u0131s\u0131m \u00fccret art\u0131\u015f oran\u0131na eklenecektir) \u00dc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc 6 ay i\u00e7in T\u00dcFE art\u0131\u015f oran\u0131na 1,5 puan eklenerek hesaplanacak oranda, d\u00f6rd\u00fcnc\u00fc 6 ay i\u00e7in ise T\u00dcFE oran\u0131nda \u00fccret art\u0131\u015f\u0131 yap\u0131lacakt\u0131r.
