Malatya'n\u0131n e\u011fitim, k\u00fclt\u00fcr ve sosyal ya\u015fam\u0131na y\u00f6n verecek \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli bir projeyi hayata getireceklerini kaydeden Ba\u015fkan Er, “G\u00f6reve geldi\u011fimde 'Malatya k\u00fct\u00fcphaneler ve spor \u015fehri olacak' dedim. Bu d\u00fcsturla \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yoruz. \u015eehrin bir\u00e7ok noktas\u0131nda k\u00fct\u00fcphane ve spor tesisleri in\u015fa ediyoruz. B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyemiz i\u00e7inde sadece Malatya'n\u0131n de\u011fil b\u00f6lgenin en b\u00fcy\u00fck k\u00fct\u00fcphanesini yap\u0131yoruz. Buran\u0131n 6 bin 400 metrekare in\u015faat alan\u0131 var. 3 bin 200 metrekare lojistik deste\u011fin olaca\u011f\u0131 bodrum ile 3 bin 200 metrekare fuaye alan\u0131nda amfi ve yatay alanlar yer al\u0131yor. Burada \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131rken kendilerini \u00fcniversite amfisinde gibi hissedecekler” diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n
K\u00fct\u00fcphanenin belediye binas\u0131ndan ayr\u0131 bir yap\u0131 olarak in\u015fa edildi\u011fini dile getiren Ba\u015fkan Er, “K\u00fct\u00fcphane in\u015faat\u0131 \u00f6ncesinde bu alan i\u00e7in performans analizine yapt\u0131k. Deprem g\u00f6rm\u00fc\u015f bir \u015fehirde bu alana fonksiyon y\u00fcklemeden \u00f6nce bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmay\u0131 ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdik. Binada herhangi bir s\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131 yok ancak eski bina oldu\u011fu i\u00e7in performans analizinde sadece bu alan i\u00e7in g\u00fc\u00e7lendirme ger\u00e7e\u011fi ortaya \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131. K\u00fct\u00fcphanenin bulundu\u011fu bu alan binadan ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z \u00e7al\u0131\u015facak. Her sistemi ayr\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcld\u00fc. Buras\u0131 her anlamda \u00e7ok g\u00fcvenli bir yer olacak. G\u00fcvenli\u011fi sarsacak hi\u00e7bir \u00f6\u011frenci buraya giremeyecek. Aileler rahatl\u0131kla \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n\u0131 buraya g\u00f6nderebilecek. Biz \u015feffaf, hesap verebilir ve adil olduk, olmaya da devam edece\u011fiz. Hi\u00e7bir \u015feyi gizlemiyoruz, meclisimizin ve halk\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n bilgisine sunuyoruz. Malatya'n\u0131n her kuru\u015funu sonuna kadar takip ediyorum. K\u00fct\u00fcphane 285 milyona mal oldu. Sadece g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fcz in\u015faat de\u011fil, mobilyalar ba\u015fta olmak \u00fczere kaliteli malzeme se\u00e7tik. Bilgisayar malzemeleri, turnikesi ve yaz\u0131l\u0131m\u0131yla anahtar teslim olacak” dedi.<\/p>\n
