Ni\u011fde Belediye Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Emrah \u00d6zdemir ve Hizmet-\u0130\u015f Sendikas\u0131 \u015eube Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Kadir Yenel taraf\u0131ndan imza alt\u0131na al\u0131nan protokol ile i\u015f\u00e7ilerin mali haklar\u0131nda iyile\u015ftirmeye gidildi.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Ocak ay\u0131 itibar\u0131yla y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011fe giren yeni d\u00fczenlemede, belirlenen taban \u00fccrete fazla mesai kalemlerinin dahil edilmedi\u011fi ve bu \u00f6demelerin ayr\u0131ca hesaplanaca\u011f\u0131 bildirildi.<\/p>\n

26 Ocak 2026 tarihinde imzalanan ve 2026-2028 d\u00f6nemini kapsayan 3 y\u0131ll\u0131k protokol neticesinde, belediye b\u00fcnyesindeki bekar bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131n alaca\u011f\u0131 en d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck maa\u015f, fazla mesai \u00fccretleri hari\u00e7 44 bin 460 TL olarak belirlendi.<\/p>\n

Ni\u011fde Belediye Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Emrah \u00d6zdemir, “Bildi\u011finiz \u00fczere son y\u0131llarda \u00fcst \u00fcste gelen sorunlara g\u00f6\u011f\u00fcs gerdik. Ancak t\u00fcm bu zorlu \u015fartlara, pandemiye ve deprem etkilerine ra\u011fmen b\u00fct\u00e7e disiplinimizden taviz vermeden, gelir-gider dengemizi koruyarak \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n yan\u0131nda olduk.
