Yeni Trafik Kanunu Teklifiyle hedefin, s\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fclere sadece trafik kurallar\u0131n\u0131 ezberletmek de\u011fil, herkesin i\u00e7inde do\u011fruyu yanl\u0131\u015ftan ay\u0131rt eden bir vicdan rehberi olu\u015fturmak oldu\u011funu vurgulayan Yerlikaya, “Trafik cezas\u0131, riskli bir davran\u0131\u015f\u0131 anl\u0131k olarak durdurabilir, denetim mekanizmalar\u0131, bu davran\u0131\u015f\u0131n tekrar etme olas\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 azalt\u0131r, Trafik K\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc ise do\u011fru davran\u0131\u015f\u0131 ki\u015finin kendi do\u011frusu haline getirir.” dedi.<\/p>\n
