Programda konu\u015fan Belediye Ba\u015fkan Vekili Y\u00fcksel Can, Avc\u0131lar\u2019\u0131n afet ger\u00e7e\u011fini en yak\u0131ndan hisseden il\u00e7elerden biri oldu\u011funa dikkat \u00e7ekerek, afetlere haz\u0131rl\u0131\u011f\u0131n yaln\u0131zca teknik bir ba\u015fl\u0131k olarak ele al\u0131namayaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 vurgulad\u0131.<\/p>\n

Ba\u015fkan Vekili Can konu\u015fmas\u0131nda, afetlere kar\u015f\u0131 haz\u0131rl\u0131\u011f\u0131n tek bir kurumun ya da belediyenin \u00fcstlenebilece\u011fi bir s\u00fcre\u00e7 olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n alt\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7izerek\u00a0\u201cAfetlere kar\u015f\u0131 daha g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc bir Avc\u0131lar hedefi, yaln\u0131zca kurumlar\u0131n ya da uzmanlar\u0131n omuzlayabilece\u011fi bir s\u00fcre\u00e7 de\u011fildir.
