Bu ihale sonucuyla birlikte olu\u015fan toplam \u015firket pay\u0131n\u0131n 4 milyar 52 milyon 700 bin TL tutar\u0131ndaki k\u0131sm\u0131n\u0131n s\u00f6zle\u015fme imzas\u0131na m\u00fcteakip pe\u015fin olarak tahsil edilmesi \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fclm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr. Bu pe\u015finat tutar\u0131 hem \u015firketimiz hem de arsa sahibi payda\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan proje ba\u015flang\u0131c\u0131nda g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc ve risksiz bir finansman kayna\u011f\u0131 sa\u011flayacakt\u0131r. \u0130hale sonucuyla birlikte \u015eirket pay\u0131 olarak belirlenen 13 milyar 509 milyon TL, Emlak Konut GYO g\u00fcvencesiyle asgari gelir seviyesini garanti etmektedir. Toplam sat\u0131\u015f gelirinin artmas\u0131 halinde olu\u015facak ilave art\u0131\u015f, y\u00fczde 45 \u015firket pay\u0131 esas al\u0131narak proje hesab\u0131na dahil edilecek ve \u015firket pay\u0131 buna g\u00f6re g\u00fcncellenecektir. Gelir payla\u015f\u0131m\u0131 ise protokol h\u00fck\u00fcmleri ve daha \u00f6nce ilan edilen esaslar \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde y\u00fczde 80 arsa sahipleri, y\u00fczde 20 \u015firketimiz olacak \u015fekilde belirlenmi\u015ftir.
