Al\u0131nan karara g\u00f6re; valilik ve kaymakaml\u0131k makamlar\u0131n\u0131n uygun g\u00f6rece\u011fi etkinlikler d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda a\u00e7\u0131k alanlarda toplanma, y\u00fcr\u00fcy\u00fc\u015f, bas\u0131n a\u00e7\u0131klamas\u0131, miting, oturma eylemi, stant a\u00e7ma, \u00e7ad\u0131r kurma, bildiri ve bro\u015f\u00fcr da\u011f\u0131tma ile afi\u015f ve pankart asma gibi her t\u00fcrl\u00fc eylem yasakland\u0131. Ayr\u0131ca, s\u00f6z konusu mitinge kat\u0131laca\u011f\u0131 de\u011ferlendirilen ki\u015fi ve ara\u00e7lar\u0131n il merkezine giri\u015f ve \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015flar\u0131na da izin verilmeyece\u011fi bildirildi.<\/p>\n
Yasak karar\u0131n\u0131n, 2911 say\u0131l\u0131 Toplant\u0131 ve G\u00f6steri Y\u00fcr\u00fcy\u00fc\u015fleri Kanunu ile 5442 say\u0131l\u0131 \u0130l \u0130daresi Kanunu\u2019nun ilgili maddeleri kapsam\u0131nda al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131 ifade edildi.<\/p>\n
