Transfer g\u00f6revi, ABD g\u00fc\u00e7lerinin Suriye’nin Haseke kentindeki bir g\u00f6zalt\u0131 tesisinde tutulan 150 I\u015e\u0130D tutuklular\u0131n\u0131n Irak’taki g\u00fcvenli bir yere ta\u015f\u0131mas\u0131n\u0131n ard\u0131ndan ba\u015flad\u0131.
