Avrupa Parlamentosu, 334 lehte, 324 aleyhte ve 11 \u00e7ekimser oyla, Avrupa Adalet Divan\u0131'ndan (AAD) anla\u015fma hakk\u0131nda hukuki g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f istenmesini \u00f6ng\u00f6ren bir karar tasar\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 kabul etti.<\/p>\n

Hukuki de\u011ferlendirme talep eden ikinci bir karar tasar\u0131s\u0131 ise 225 lehte, 402 aleyhte ve 13 \u00e7ekimser oyla reddedildi.<\/p>\n

AB-Mercosur ortakl\u0131k anla\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131n (EMPA) ve ge\u00e7ici ticaret anla\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131n (iTA) hukuki dayana\u011f\u0131 art\u0131k Avrupa Adalet Divan\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan incelenecek.<\/p>\n

Avrupa Parlamentosu, AB Mahkemesi'nin g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fc beklerken metinleri incelemeye devam edecek. Ancak bundan sonra Parlamento, Anla\u015fmaya onay verip vermeme konusunda oy kullanabilecek.<\/p>\n
