Bakanl\u0131k m\u00fcfetti\u015flerince y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen kapsaml\u0131 soru\u015fturma neticesinde hem adli hem de idari s\u00fcre\u00e7lerin titizlikle i\u015fletildi\u011fi belirtilen a\u00e7\u0131klamada \u015funlar kaydedildi:<\/p>\n

“Bu kapsamda, ilgili personeller hakk\u0131nda i\u015f akdinin feshedilmesi, memuriyetten \u00e7\u0131karma, \u00fcst s\u0131n\u0131rdan yevmiye cezalar\u0131 da dahil olmak \u00fczere farkl\u0131 i\u015flemler uygulanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Ayr\u0131ca, ilgili kurulu\u015f m\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn idari g\u00f6revi sonland\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n

Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z taraf\u0131ndan tespit edilen t\u00fcm eylemler adli soru\u015fturma ve idari disiplin s\u00fcre\u00e7lerinde de\u011ferlendirilmektedir.
