B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediye Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Yusuf Alemdar, projeye ili\u015fkin yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131klamada \u201cY\u0131llard\u0131r beklenen ve \u015fehrimizin ihtiyac\u0131 olan bir tesisi, AFA K\u00fclt\u00fcr ve Kongre Merkezi\u2019mizi yeniden Sakarya'm\u0131za kazand\u0131racak olman\u0131n b\u00fcy\u00fck mutlulu\u011funu ya\u015f\u0131yoruz. K\u0131sa s\u00fcre \u00f6nce AFA Kongre ve K\u00fclt\u00fcr Merkezi projemizin projelendirme s\u00fcrecini tamamlam\u0131\u015f, TOK\u0130\u2019ye teslim etmi\u015ftik. Bug\u00fcn itibar\u0131yla beklenen ihale tarihi belli oldu. 4 Mart\u2019ta ihaleye \u00e7\u0131k\u0131l\u0131yor. \u015eehrimiz i\u00e7in planlad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z bu yat\u0131r\u0131m\u0131n Sakarya\u2019m\u0131za hay\u0131rl\u0131 olmas\u0131n\u0131 diliyorum.\u201d ifadelerine yer verdi.<\/p>\n
12 bin metrekare in\u015faat alan\u0131na sahip olacak projede; bin ki\u015filik seyirci kapasiteli ana salon, yer alt\u0131 otopark\u0131, geni\u015f fuaye alanlar\u0131, \u00e7ok ama\u00e7l\u0131 salonlar, derslikler, at\u00f6lyelerin yer alaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirten Ba\u015fkan Alemdar, \u201cYeni projemiz kongre, konferans, tiyatro, konser ve \u00e7e\u015fitli k\u00fclt\u00fcr-sanat etkinliklerine ev sahipli\u011fi yapacak.\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n
