Bu belge, iki \u00fclke halk\u0131 i\u00e7in en elveri\u015fli i\u015f birli\u011fi ko\u015fullar\u0131n\u0131 yaratmay\u0131 ama\u00e7layan kapsaml\u0131 bir yol haritas\u0131 niteli\u011finde.<\/p>\n
Ayr\u0131ca 4+4 mekanizmas\u0131 \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde, D\u0131\u015fi\u015fleri, \u0130\u00e7i\u015fleri ve Savunma Bakanlar\u0131 ile \u0130stihbarat Te\u015fkilatlar\u0131 Ba\u015fkanlar\u0131 bir araya gelerek, ikili ili\u015fkilerin yan\u0131 s\u0131ra b\u00f6lgesel ve k\u00fcresel geli\u015fmeleri de ele ald\u0131. Toplant\u0131da, g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcz d\u00fcnyas\u0131ndaki h\u0131zl\u0131 de\u011fi\u015fimler ve geli\u015fmekte olan \u00fclkelerin kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 zorluklar da de\u011ferlendirildi.<\/p>\n
