Ma\u011fdur \u00e7ocuk ve arkada\u015flar\u0131n\u0131n ifadelerine g\u00f6re alkol\u00fc bir b\u00fcfeden temin ettikleri belirlendi. Yap\u0131lan ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar sonucu b\u00fcfe i\u015fletmecisi tespit edildi.<\/p>\n<p>B\u00fcfe i\u015fletmecisi hakk\u0131nda,\u00a0T\u00fcrk Ceza Kanunu\u2019nun 194. maddesi kapsam\u0131nda \u201cSa\u011fl\u0131k \u0130\u00e7in Tehlikeli Madde Temin Etmek\u201d\u00a0su\u00e7undan adli i\u015flem ba\u015flat\u0131ld\u0131.
