Maltepe'de \u00a0kad\u0131nlar\u0131n istihdama kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 art\u0131rmak ve \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma hayat\u0131nda e\u015fitli\u011fi desteklemek amac\u0131yla ''E\u015fitlik\u00e7i \u0130\u015fyeri Sertifikas\u0131''\u00a0uygulamas\u0131 hayata ge\u00e7irildi. 8 Mart D\u00fcnya Emek\u00e7i Kad\u0131nlar G\u00fcn\u00fc\u2019nde\u00a0Maltepe Belediye Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Mimar Esin K\u00f6ymen\u00a0taraf\u0131ndan duyurulan Yerel E\u015fitlik Eylem Plan\u0131 do\u011frultusunda y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma, il\u00e7ede e\u015fitlik\u00e7i bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ya\u015fam\u0131n\u0131n somut \u00f6rneklerini ortaya koyuyor.<\/p>\n
Belediye Ruhsat ve Denetim M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc taraf\u0131ndan y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen uygulamada, b\u00fcnyesinde\u00a0y\u00fczde 50 ve \u00fczeri kad\u0131n \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan istihdam eden i\u015fletmelere, i\u015f yeri a\u00e7ma ve \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ruhsatlar\u0131yla birlikte E\u015fitlik\u00e7i \u0130\u015fyeri Sertifikas\u0131 veriliyor. Sertifika, kad\u0131n istihdam\u0131n\u0131 te\u015fvik eden i\u015fletmeleri g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcr k\u0131larken, ayn\u0131 zamanda bu i\u015f yerlerine \u201c\u00f6d\u00fcll\u00fc i\u015fyeri\u201d niteli\u011fi kazand\u0131r\u0131yor.<\/p>\n
