Valilik a\u00e7\u0131klamas\u0131nda, \u201c17 Ocak 2026 Cumartesi g\u00fcn\u00fc \u0130stanbul\u2019da havan\u0131n par\u00e7al\u0131 ve \u00e7ok bulutlu, genellikle ya\u011fmurlu, y\u00fcksek kesimlerde ise karla kar\u0131\u015f\u0131k ya\u011fmur ve kar ya\u011f\u0131\u015fl\u0131 olmas\u0131 beklenmektedir. En d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck hava s\u0131cakl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n 3 derece, en y\u00fcksek hava s\u0131cakl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n 6 derece olaca\u011f\u0131 tahmin edilmektedir\u201d ifadelerine yer verildi.<\/p>\n
