Engelleri sevgiyle a\u015ft\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 ve \u00f6zel bireylerin her zaman yanlar\u0131nda olduklar\u0131n\u0131 vurgulad\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Ba\u015fkan \u00c7ift\u00e7i, \u201c\u00d6zel bireylerimizin azmi, sabr\u0131 ve hayata tutunu\u015flar\u0131 bizlere bir kez daha umut ve ilham verdi.
