\u0130stanbul B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesi (\u0130BB), Bo\u011fazi\u00e7i\u2019nin do\u011fal, tarihi ve k\u00fclt\u00fcrel dokusunu korumak amac\u0131yla mevzuata ayk\u0131r\u0131 yap\u0131la\u015fmaya kar\u015f\u0131 y\u00fcr\u00fctt\u00fc\u011f\u00fc denetim ve uygulamalar\u0131n\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fcyor. Bu kapsamda, Be\u015fikta\u015f Kuru\u00e7e\u015fme\u2019de bulunan bir i\u015fletmedeki ayk\u0131r\u0131 yap\u0131 ve eklentilerin y\u0131k\u0131m\u0131na bu sabah itibar\u0131yla ba\u015fland\u0131.<\/p>\n

Bo\u011fazi\u00e7i \u0130mar M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc taraf\u0131ndan yap\u0131lan incelemelerde, Be\u015fikta\u015f \u0130l\u00e7esi Kuru\u00e7e\u015fme Mahallesi Muallim Naci Caddesi \u00fczerinde yer alan, 170 ada 8 parseldeki ta\u015f\u0131nmazda mevzuata ayk\u0131r\u0131 eklentiler tespit edildi. Denetimler sonucunda, toplam 6 yap\u0131ya ait cadde \u00fczerindeki kapal\u0131 eklentiler ile deniz kenar\u0131nda yer alan yeme-i\u00e7me alanlar\u0131n\u0131n ayk\u0131r\u0131 b\u00f6l\u00fcmlerinin y\u0131k\u0131m\u0131na karar verildi.<\/p>\n

Tespit edilen ayk\u0131r\u0131l\u0131klar \u00fczerine, 2960 say\u0131l\u0131 Bo\u011fazi\u00e7i Kanunu kapsam\u0131nda yap\u0131 tatil tutana\u011f\u0131 d\u00fczenlendi; \u0130BB Enc\u00fcmeni taraf\u0131ndan y\u0131k\u0131m ve idari para cezas\u0131 kararlar\u0131 al\u0131nd\u0131. S\u00f6z konusu kararlar, ilgililere usul\u00fcne uygun \u015fekilde tebli\u011f edildi.<\/p>\n

Y\u0131k\u0131m kararlar\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131lan davalarda verilen y\u00fcr\u00fctmeyi durdurma kararlar\u0131, \u0130BB Hukuk M\u00fc\u015favirli\u011fi\u2019nin itirazlar\u0131 sonucu \u0130stanbul 14. \u0130dare Mahkemesi taraf\u0131ndan kald\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131. Yarg\u0131 s\u00fcrecinin tamamlanmas\u0131n\u0131n ard\u0131ndan, enc\u00fcmen kararlar\u0131 do\u011frultusunda ayk\u0131r\u0131 yap\u0131 ve eklentilerin kald\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131na y\u00f6nelik i\u015flemler hayata ge\u00e7irildi.<\/p>\n
