Ticaret Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131, d\u0131\u015f ticaret ve g\u00fcmr\u00fck i\u015flemlerinin inceleme ve denetim faaliyetlerine devam ediyor.<\/p>\n
Bu kapsamda,\u00a02025 y\u0131l\u0131n\u0131n 12 ayl\u0131k d\u00f6neminde, Ticaret Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 Ticaret Ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar\u0131 ve Risk De\u011ferlendirme Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc koordinesinde 18 B\u00f6lge M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc Kontrol \u015eubeleri taraf\u0131ndan yeni nesil analitik teknolojiler kullan\u0131larak \u015f\u00fcpheli bulunan 224 bin 738 g\u00fcmr\u00fck beyannamesi ikinci kez kontrol edildi.<\/p>\n
Bu incelemeler sonucunda, mevzuata ayk\u0131r\u0131 \u015fekilde i\u015flem yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 tespit edilen 7 bin 410 firma taraf\u0131ndan tescil edilen 49 bin 975 g\u00fcmr\u00fck beyannamesine 11,8 milyar TL tutar\u0131nda ek tahakkuk ve ceza karar\u0131 d\u00fczenlendi.<\/p>\n
Bir \u00f6nceki y\u0131la k\u0131yasla ek tahakkuk ve ceza tutar\u0131nda y\u00fczde 120 oran\u0131nda art\u0131\u015f sa\u011fland\u0131. Ayn\u0131 d\u00f6nemde ayr\u0131ca toplam 240 firma, Ticaret M\u00fcfetti\u015flerince Sonradan Kontrol Denetimine tabi tutulmu\u015f, s\u00f6z konusu denetimler sonucunda tespit edilen usuls\u00fczl\u00fckler kapsam\u0131nda, bir \u00f6nceki y\u0131la k\u0131yasla y\u00fczde 22 art\u0131\u015fla 1,8 milyar TL tutar\u0131nda ek tahakkuk ve ceza karar\u0131 d\u00fczenlendi.<\/p>\n
2025 y\u0131l\u0131 inceleme ve denetim faaliyetleri kapsam\u0131nda y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen ikincil kontrol incelemeleri ve sonradan kontrol denetimleri sonucunda, bir \u00f6nceki y\u0131la k\u0131yasla y\u00fczde 100 art\u0131\u015fla toplam 13,6 milyar TL tutar\u0131nda ek tahakkuk ve ceza karar\u0131 d\u00fczenlendi.<\/p>\n
